Fix USB MIDI: use Adafruit TinyUSB Library for proper MIDI support
- Add Adafruit TinyUSB Library dependency
- Create tusb_config.h enabling MIDI class
- USB device named 'Loopy Foot Controller'
- is_connected() check before sending
